Quorn pieces with a spinach salad

Dear Readers, Here is a super simple way to make your Quorn vegan pieces super flavoursome!   Ingredients for my Quorn pieces and spinach salad; 1 handful Spinach 5 Cherry Tomatoes 3tbs Sweetcorn 1/2 vegetable stock cube 150ml boiling water 2tsp thyme 2 cloves garlic 1/2 Lemon 3tbs Black olives (Serves one)   Method: First dissolve your stock cube in the boiling water and then add to a frying pan, along with the diced garlic cloves. The clean city of Singapore

Dear Readers, During my brief visit to Singapore I was taken away by their impressive dedication they have towards maintaining a clean and eco-friendly environment within their ever-growing city. Dear readers, My time in Bali was predominantly spent in Ubud, where my volunteer accommodation was located.
